When we’re out on the road our boots are packed with equipment.  Some of it is standard emergency kit – the sort you’d find in emergency departments in hospital. 

Some of it is what we know we need on the road, when we know we’ll be dealing with emergency cases in far from easy circumstances – along a motorway or in a field in the middle of nowhere. 

Some of the stuff we’ve been the first to use in a civilian environment – as we’ve explained elsewhere on this site, a couple of our doctors work on army frontlines and bring back to us the best of what’s being used out there. 

On top of which, this year we’ve been the first in the UK to trial some vital emergency kit that we’ve been lent to test.  Read on!
